POLÍTICAS DE PORNOGRAFÍA INFANTIL

De acuerdo con la Ley 679 del 3 de Agosto de 2001 expedida por El Congreso de la República, con la cual se dictan disposiciones para prevenir y contrarrestar la explotación, la pornografía y el turismo sexual con menores de edad.

De acuerdo con lo establecido en dicha Ley, todas las personas deben prevenir, bloquear, combatir y denunciar la explotación, alojamiento, uso, publicación, difusión de imágenes, textos, documentos, archivos audiovisuales, uso indebido de redes globales de información, o el establecimiento de vínculos telemáticos de cualquier clase relacionados con material pornográfico o alusivo a actividades sexuales de menores de edad.

 

En desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 17 de la Ley 679 de 2001, la agencia advierte al turista que la explotación y el abuso sexual de menores de edad en el país son sancionados penal y administrativamente, conforme a las leyes vigentes.  Así mismo y con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la Resolución 3840 del 24 de diciembre de 2009 y según el  Artículo 1 de la Ley 1336 del 21 de julio de 2009, ETNIAS ANDANTES adopta un modelo de Código de Conducta, con el fin de prevenir e impedir la explotación sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes en la actividad turística.

​Etnias Andantes, with RNT No. 12132 issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, is subject to the provisions of Law 300 of 1996, Decrees 1075 of 1997 and 2438 of 2010 and other subsequent and/or complementary regulations.
